2. Consultation

Once submitted, we will contact you to schedule an appointment to visit the premises in which the machines will be placed. Here we will assess space, ease of entry and how we can meet your needs.

3. Agreement

Should you decide to move forward with us, we offer a risk free agreement which does not lock you down to any sort of contract. We believe in our services so much that if you decide you are not happy with our services, we will remove our machines at your request. This means that you can cancel anytime.

4. Installation

Shortly after an agreement is reached, we have our machines delivered to you at zero cost. Our professional movers provide a quick and efficient process. We cover the maintenance, service and restocking of all machines on site.

5. Ongoing support

Once the machines have been installed, we are available 24/7 for any vending related needs. Should you need any assistance, you can call us and we will show up to address any requests.

Equipment

We take pride in providing state of the art equipment. The type of machine provided is contingent on three factors:

Space available
Machine availability on our end

Service Schedule

Machines are serviced using our inventory management system. This means that we are able to identify exactly how empty a machine is at any point in time, which informs us on when to return and fill the machines. A standard time frame is every 2 weeks.

Repairs

Should there ever be any issues with equipment, we will respond within 24 hours of the initial request to repair them. Our team of qualified engineers are able to troubleshoot and repair any issue on site.

We offer stand alone drink machines and snack machines side by side. We do not offer combo machines or single drink/snack machines. There must be space to accommodate both machines at the facility.
